The Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board aspires to-be a recognized leader in developing and providing affordable and hig quality support services to its membership, staff and to our community in a responsible and caring manner.

The Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board  became a member of the Canadian Association of Real Estate Boards (known as the Canadian Real Estate and Ontario Real Estate Association) and was granted the members in good standing the use of the term REALTOR®.  The Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board was officially incorporated as a Non-Pofit Organization in 1954.

The Sault Ste. Marie Real Estate Board hosts the Multiple Listing Service® ( MLS® ) and currently represents approximently 155 Realtors®.  The board serves Sault Ste. Marie and the Algoma District including north to Wawa and east to Elliot Lake. As a member of the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association, it is incumbent upon the Board to know and understand all legislative changes. current trends and the latest technology advances affecting today's real estate industry.

Through bulletins, newsletters, regularly scheduled membership meetings, as well as this web site, the Board ensures that our members remain eminently qualified to meet your needs.
